Barcelona have been quite active in the market this January, but apart from Joao Cancelo, the club have been mostly busy with deals involving the youth teams.
Indeed, recent reports suggest Barcelona are close to acquiring the services of Egyptian talent Hamza Abdelkarim, while Uruguayan fullback Patricio Pacifico may also join soon.
Barcelona are now working on a deal to sign yet another youth player in the form of Yusuf Rassul Ndjai.
This is according to Fabrizio Romano, who suggests that Barcelona will formally complete the process to sign the young striker next week.
The player will serve as a reinforcement for the Barça Juvenil side managed by Pol Planas, as Barcelona continue to beef up their ranks in the youth department.
A striker by trade, Ndjai currently plays for Terrassa FC’s youth academy. He has made waves in the youth leagues with his performances and was reportedly involved in 31 goals last season.

Ndjai is known for his physical and technical abilities, as he has an imposing presence but is equally gifted with the ball at his feet.
Thanks to his presence, though, Ndjai can act as a traditional number nine, acting on the shoulders of the last defender.
He can, therefore, prove to be a smart long-term investment for a Barcelona team looking to find a long-term replacement for Robert Lewandowski.
As mentioned earlier, the youngster will join the Barcelona Juvenil A side, where he will compete with the likes of Adrian Guerrero and Nahu Fofana.
If he can make himself a first-team regular, the youngster will have the luxury to play alongside gifted talents such as Lovro Chelfi and Ebrima Tunkara, who has recently renewed his contract at Barça.
