The forward came off the bench against Tottenham Hotspur at St Helens Stadium in the Barclays Women's Super League as the Reds pressed for a breakthrough.
It seemed stalemate would remain but Enderby reacted to strike from close range in the 94th minute.
She then scored again immediately from the Spurs kick-off to wrap up a 2-0 win for Gareth Taylor's side - their first of the league campaign.
"I had to come on and make an impact, try to help the girls. And that's what I did," said Enderby post-match.
"The ball that Jenna [Clark] put in at the end, I thought I'd throw my body towards it and hopefully get something on it, which I did.
"Then I just find it so crazy how straight from kick-off I score again.
"[Taylor] just said, 'Run across that front post and I'm sure you'll get something on it.' That's what I did. He just said, 'Once you come on, get running, start the press again.' And that's what I felt like I did."
