Chelsea are set to welcome one of their various loanees back whilst they have the chance in the January transfer window - with Argentine youngster Aaron Anselmino reportedly being on his way back to west London from Borussia Dortmund.
The report by The Athletic journalist David Ornstein states that the Blues have triggered a clause to recall the 20-year-old from his Dortmund loan, given they are evaluating the centre-back market.
BlueCo want him back from the Bundesliga side to consider their next steps in the transfer window.
The club had the same option on Malang Sarr, but they have opted to recall Anselmino - however, Josh Acheampong is likely to stay, with his sale being viewed as 'impossible' despite reported interest from Crystal Palace.
