Just one week remains in the January transfer window, with Liverpool running out of time to finalise their business. Clubs have until 7pm on Monday, February 2nd to get deals over the line.
On the field, it's been another disappointing weekend for Liverpool following their 3-2 defeat to Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium. A 95th-minute strike from Amine Adil sealed the loss for the Reds.
The result means Liverpool have now gone five Premier League fixtures without securing a win. They return to action on Wednesday against Qarabag in the Champions League, before welcoming Newcastle to Anfield for a Premier League clash next weekend.
Whether any transfer activity – either arrivals or departures – will materialise before then remains uncertain. The club continues to be linked with potential movements in both directions.

Andy Robertson replacement
Liverpool are 'preparing' to launch a bid for Fulham full-back Antonee Robinson as a potential successor to Andy Robertson, according to TEAMTalk.

Robertson had appeared destined to depart Anfield before the window closes, with discussions underway regarding a possible switch to Tottenham Hotspur.
Any potential exit now seems to have been postponed, as Liverpool have been unable to recall Kostas Tsimikas from his loan spell at Roma as things stand.
However, should the transfer be revived, it appears Liverpool may simultaneously pursue a replacement. Robinson was reportedly among the club's full-back targets last summer, before they ultimately secured a deal for Milos Kerkez.
Sources suggest the club remain admirers of the player ahead of a possible summer transfer window move. The USA international is also understood to be enthusiastic about the prospect of joining the Reds.
Two stars wanted
The same TEAMTalk report also indicates that Fulham are monitoring two Liverpool players - Tsimikas and Harvey Elliott. Tsimikas would have to cut short his loan spell for the second half of the campaign, whilst Elliott's long-term prospects at the club remain unclear.

The midfielder is currently on loan at Aston Villa, but has struggled to break into the starting XI. He remained on the bench throughout this weekend's Premier League clash against Newcastle United, despite being named in the matchday squad.
Discussions between Liverpool and Fulham regarding potential summer transfers are already believed to be underway. The Reds could now explore what arrangement might be reached involving Robinson.
