Chelsea have now joined an all Premier League race to sign a South American striker, who shares an agent with Estevao Willian.
Rosenior won't get "carried away" with Chelsea start
Although Liam Rosenior was left pleased with Chelsea's 3-1 victory over Crystal Palace, he was the first to admit that his side cannot get "carried away" with their recent form.
The Blues have lost just one of their first five games under their new manager, who is continuing to prove doubters wrong with each passing week.
Delighted with another win, he told reporters: "I think today was a huge test. I changed the shape I played (and) the performance they did today makes me very pleased, because 95 per cent of the press and 95 per cent of the positioning was absolutely perfect.

He's a man in demand.
“So they’re engaged, I think they’re believing in what they’re doing. It’s one game. We have to make sure that we’re consistent in every game we play.”
Rosenior then went onto preview Chelsea's game against Napoli in midweek, saying: “I keep saying you can’t get carried away. There’s still things that we really need to correct quickly. I was not happy with our last 10 minutes. I felt we should have gone on to dominate the game further.”
The Blues have also still got work to do off the pitch after Fabrizio Romano's latest report that Jeremy Jacquet will not be leaving Stade Rennais in the January transfer window. Chelsea now have just over a week to set their sights on other potential additions.
That said, other reports have claimed that BlueCo's focus is set to be split on defensive additions and an attacking reinforcement for Rosenior in the summer, rather than this month.
Chelsea join race to sign Vitor Roque
Among those who could arrive is a former Barcelona attacker. According to reports in Brazil, relayed by Sport Witness, Chelsea have now joined the race to sign Vitor Roque from Palmeiras, who value their forward at a hefty €50m (£43m).
It's a hefty price, but one that the Blues are rarely hesitant to pay for young talents. Having welcomed Estevao Willian from the same club last season, they could now use their previous links to welcome 20-year-old Roque.

It's also key to note that the forward is currently represented by the same agent as Estevao, which could hand Chelsea the edge over Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur - the two other interested parties from the Premier League.
For Roque, a move to Stamford Bridge would be another chance to make an impact in Europe after failing to make his mark in a disappointing Barcelona spell.
