Everything you need to know about Arsenal's injury news in the wake of the Gunners' 3-2 loss to Manchester United on Sunday evening...

Arsenal slip to Manchester United:The league leaders suffered a 3-2 loss to a resurgent Manchester United on Sunday evening in north London. A Lisandro Martinez own goal and Mikel Merino's late strike gave Arsenal hope, only to be cancelled out by goals from Bryan Mbeumo, Patrick Dorgu and Matheus Cunha. Read our player ratings here.

Piero Hincapie returns: The Ecuadorian was deployed by Mikel Arteta at left-back from the outset against Manchester United, lasting 57 minutes before he was swapped out for Ben White. The 24-year-old had been out of action since Arsenal's goalless draw with Liverpool at the start of the month.

Riccardo Calafiori still out of action: While he was spotted in training in the build-up to the Manchester United clash, Calafiori wasn't named in Arteta's matchday squad on Sunday. All eyes will now be on Wednesday's Champions League fixture with Kairat, to see if he is fit to play.

Kai Havertz and Christian Norgaard also absent: Neither Havertz nor Norgaard were part of Arteta's squad against United. Havertz has battled injury for the majority of the season, while Norgaard has failed to break into Arteta's first-team as a result of stiff competition.

Max Dowman forecast: The teenage wonderkid has been recovering from an ankle ligament injury sustained in December. He is not expected to return to action until late February as a result.

Up next for Arsenal: Up next for the Gunners is a Champions League fixture with Kairat come Wednesday, January 28. Their next Premier League outing is against Leeds United at Elland Road come Saturday, January 31 at 3pm.
