Towards the end of last year, it was reported that Borussia Dortmund were on the verge of bringing Manchester City's Oscar Bobb to Germany.
However, the move stalled for financial reasons, and it now appears that the Norwegian international will join Fulham instead.
According to Sky Germany, the West London club are on the verge of reaching an agreement with Manchester City and are expected to make a formal bid for Bobb soon. Personal terms are already understood to have been agreed.
Dortmund, meanwhile, will have to turn to other targets if they are to strengthen before the winter transfer window closes in around a week.
The Black and Yellows are not expected to sign a replacement for Aarón Anselmino, whose loan spell was recently cut short by Chelsea.
