Luka Doncic, who lost over 30 lbs last summer, recently joked about not wanting to show his body after swapping jerseys with former Mavericks teammate Naji Marshall, sparking renewed questions on social media about his physical condition.
Should we be worried about Luka Doncic's physical condition again – or not?

The Slovenian superstar made headlines after his second game with the Los Angeles Lakers in Dallas, where they defeated the Mavericks 116-110 on Saturday.
After the game, former Mavs teammate Naji Marshall asked Luka to swap jerseys. Doncic agreed – but with one condition: he didn't want to do it in public, in front of cameras.
"Hey Naj, ... I don't want to show my body," Doncic, who wasn't wearing an undershirt, said and then smiled.
His comment touched on the physique, which has been much debated in Dallas, and was one of the factors in the trade that sent him away almost a year ago.
The 26-year-old underwent a major body transformation over the summer, reportedly losing more than 31 lbs (≈14 kg) thanks to a new diet and conditioning program ahead of FIBA EuroBasket 2025.
This season, Luka is leading the NBA in scoring with 33.4 points per game.
