Arsenal are hoping to bounce back from the weekend, as they welcome Kazakhstani side Kairat to the Emirates on Wednesday.
Mikel Arteta was left bitterly disappointed over the weekend, as his Arsenal side suffered their first home league defeat of the season, by losing 3-2 to rivals Manchester United. It meant that Man City were able to close the gap to just four points, putting more pressure on the Gunners.

However, lucky for Arteta, his Arsenal side have a quick turnaround, and a chance to put things right as they have a Champions League clash against Kazakhstani side Kairat at the Emirates on Wednesday night.

Lewis-Skelly gets left-back start
GK – Kepa Arizzabalaga – Kepa has been given starts this season when Arteta has rotated his squad, so he could do the same here.
LB – Myles Lewis-Skelly – The English left-back hasn’t had much of a chance this season under Arteta, but this would be a great game for him to play in.
CB – Piero Hincapie – Arteta is likely to give one of Gabriel or Saliba a rest on Wednesday, and Hincapie could be the replacement.
CB – William Saliba – Seeing as Gabriel is more injury prone, we predict that Saliba will play on Wednesday.
RB – Ben White – White has come in when Arteta has wanted to give Timber a rest this season, so we expect him to play.
Eze replaces Arsenal captain Odegaard
CM – Christian Norgaard – When Arteta has rotated in the Champions League, he has given Norgaard a chance.
CM – Declan Rice – We expect Arteta to start one of Rice or Zubimendi, so we have Rice starting here.
CAM – Eberechi Eze – With Odegaard getting a chance to rest, Eze should be in line for a big role against Kairat on Wednesday.
Madueke plays ahead of Saka in attack
LW – Gabriel Martinelli – Trossard started against Man United, so Martinelli could come in on the left wing this week.
RW – Noni Madueke –Madueke is the usual replacement for Saka, when the England international gets a chance to rest.
ST – Viktor Gyokeres – Seeing as Jesus was the starter on Sunday, we have Gyokeres leading the line for the Gunners.
