Manchester United put on a brilliant team performance to beat Premier League leaders Arsenal.
For the first time in over two years, Arsenal conceded three goals in the Premier League as Manchester United ran riot at The Emirates.
Bryan Mbeumo opened the scoring to continue his streak as United’s top scorer in 2025/26, before Patrick Dorgu scored a wonder goal from range in the second half.

Matheus Cunha scored the winner in style and made The Emirates his dancefloor in celebration. Aside from the three scorers, Harry Maguire was flawless in defence alongside Lisandro Martinez, while the midfield duo of Casemiro and Kobbie Mainoo handled Arsenal’s physicality brilliantly.
There was no shortage of options for United in Focus’ Man of the Match poll.

Over 4,000 United fans flooded our Talking Points discussion to vote for their Man of the Match against Arsenal.
Unsurprisingly, the votes were fairly split, but it was Patrick Dorgu who came out on top.

With 33% of the vote, Dorgu takes the crown as the Man of the Match against Arsenal, while Maguire finished second with 19%.
Bruno Fernandes finished third with 11% of the vote, while goalscorers Cunha and Mbeumo followed closely behind.
Patrick Dorgu wins official man of the match award
United in Focus readers crowned Dorgu as Man of the Match, and the official club vote headed in the same direction.
Via the official club website, Dorgu won the poll with 31% of the votes.

Interestingly, it was club captain Bruno Fernandes who finished second in the official vote with 16%, just ahead of Maguire and Cunha with 14%.
