Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo is sidelined with a calf strain. After suffering the injury in Friday's loss to the Denver Nuggets, Giannis said he expects to be out for four to six weeks.

On Monday, Bucks head coach Doc Rivers praised Giannis for accurately diagnosing his own injury.
"He did a very good job [diagnosing himself]," Rivers said. "MRI has revealed exactly what we thought. There's no timetable. Calf strain and really no timetable for return. Hopefully, like it was before, sooner [rather than later], but there's no timetable."
"This hasn't been announced yet, but the expectation from what I am told is that Giannis Antetokounmpo was correct when he self-diagnosed himself as having a calf injury that he was going to be out 4 to 6 weeks," ESPN's Brian Windhorst added on The Hoops Collective podcast. "I'm told that that's the realm that's going to be in."
This season, Giannis is averaging 28.0 points, 10.0 rebounds, and 5.6 assists per game.
It's a challenging time for both Antetokounmpo and the Bucks, who sit 11th in the East with an 18-26 record amid reportedly all-time-high tensions in the Giannis era.
