The new Blues manager has started off well at Stamford Bridge, winning four of his first five games in charge of the club.
However, before he signed the contract it was reported that Rosenior had asked for assurances regarding the January window.

The club have strongly been linked with the signing of promising young defender Jeremy Jacquet, however so far the only movement in that area of the pitch has been the recall of Aaron Anselmino from his loan at Borussia Dortmund.

Fabrizio Romano says Chelsea will be ‘busy’ in final days of transfer window
Chelsea fans may be a bit frustrated with the fact that no big names have come through the door as of yet, however transfer insider Fabrizio Romano has promised an exciting end of the transfer window.
He said on his YouTube channel that the Blues are set for a busy end to the month, with both the centre-back and central-midfield position set to be addressed.
He said: “Chelsea will be busy. Chelsea are going to be busy because they want to make some movements. We said about Anselmino, the centre-back situation, and let’s see with the midfielder and more what’s going to happen with the Blues.”
January has become a bit of a lull window for Chelsea in recent seasons, with them finding it easier to do business in the summer.

More of the same can be expected this summer, with big-name signings such as Elliot Anderson and Adam Wharton continuing to be rumoured about.
Chelsea will be hoping they have a few more Estevao-style young players to add to their squad too. Geovany Quenda and Mike Penders are set to become first team players at Stamford Bridge.
The goalkeeper in particular could hold a great advantage based on the fact he has already worked under Rosenior during their time together at Strasbourg.
