Liverpool team news ahead of the Champions League clash against Qarabag.

Arne Slot has provided a Liverpool injury update ahead of the Champions League clash against Qarabag.

The Reds head into match-day eight of the league phase knowing that a victory will secure qualification into the last 16.

However, Slot will be depleted of defenders for the encounter. Joe Gomez was forced off in the first half of last weekend’s 3-2 defeat at AFC Bournemouth. He will be unavailable against Qarabag.

Meanwhile, Ibrahima Konate remains on compassionate leave following the passing of his father. Conor Bradley and Giovanni Leoni (both knee) won’t play for the remainder of the campaign. Alexander Isak continues to recover from a broken leg. Youngsters Jayden Danns and Stefan Bajcetic continue their respective recoveries from hamstring issues.
