Sky Germany have ruled out any active Bayern involvement in one current transfer deal and say Chelsea are still pushing to sign the player.
We are just days away from another transfer window closing out at the weekend, and clubs are scrambling around to get some final deals done this winter.
Sources: Chelsea look to recall second centre back after Aaron Anselmino in transfer dominoes!
Chelsea have not really done anything at all yet this window other than a teenage left back from Sheffield Wednesday into their academy. But players sales, nothing, new player arrivals, nothing. There’s time left, and maybe this means the club will be pretty active on transfer deadline day!
A lot can still happen, and it looks like even the Jeremy Jacquet situation could still spark up. Chelsea have been trying to sign the centre back from Rennes this window, but have so far not managed to.

Sky Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg posted on X last night and said:
‘Bayern are currently not in negotiations with Jeremy #Jacquet’s management or Stade Rennes over an early transfer in the summer.
“Bayern are monitoring the situation and remain interested for the summer, but nothing more at this stage. The focus is on extending Dayot Upamecano’s contract. Other (optional) centre-backs under contract: Tah, Kim, Ito, Stanisic.
“Chelsea are not giving up. They are pushing hard to find a solution before Deadline Day.”

He also said that Moises Caicedo plays like a 35-year-old which is actually a back-handed compliment for the midfielder!
