PUMA Basketball will debut a sneaker collection inspired byUniversal Pictures’ “Fast & Furious”franchise. Combining the energy of the “Fast & Furious” saga with National Basketball Association (NBA) star LaMelo Ball’s game and personal style, just in time for the franchise’s 25th anniversary and All-Star Weekend from Feb. 13-15 in Los Angeles.
The “Fast & Furious” x PUMA collection features custom editions of the MB.05, LaFrancé and LaFrancé RNR, each tricked out with details inspired by legendary moments from the films. Details include:
LaFrancé RNR Charger:Paying tribute to Dom Toretto’s ride-or-die Dodge Charger, this all-black sneaker with chrome accents channels pure muscle car grit.
LaFrancé Miami: A silver-and-blue colorway nods to Brian O’Conner’s Skyline, featuring custom graphics and Y2K attitude.
MB.05 Miami: Inspired by the iconic Miami car scene in “2 Fast 2 Furious” and Suki’s unforgettable pink ride, this edition drips in hot pink with flashy floral graphics and molded barbed wire.
MB.05 LA: Hit the court like it’s the streets of L.A., Melo’s latest signature shoe gets a "Fast & Furious" redesign with flame-like graphics, high-voltage colors and hidden Melo details, bringing street-racing energy to your game.
The “Fast & Furious” x PUMA collection launches on Feb.12. PUMA Hoops will host an immersive pop-up experience in Los Angeles during NBA All-Star Weekend. From Feb. 12 through Feb.15, fans are invited to step into the world of “Fast & Furious” and basketball at 1046 S Figueroa Street, Los Angeles, with exclusive in-store experiences with PUMA’s retail partners, fan engagement moments, giveaways, opportunities to win limited-edition merchandise and much more. The pop-up is designed to connect fans with the energy of the “Fast & Furious” saga and the excitement of NBA All-Star Weekend, creating a must-visit destination for sneakerheads, basketball enthusiasts and movie fans alike. PUMA will also be activating with wholesale partners Foot Locker and Shoe Palace to give fans the opportunity to shop the collection.
