The Rising Stars Challenge draft took place on Tuesday and the top picks spoke volumes: Carmelo Anthony took Cooper Flagg #1 while Tracy McGrady selected Don Knueppel #2. Unable to pick a Dukie, Vince Carter had to settle for VJ Edgecombe.
The teams will compete with a G-League team selected by Brotherhood member Austin Rivers on All-Star Weekend. Poor Vince - Blue Devils will surround him.
