It's a positive time to be a part of Arsenal Women following Saturday's 2-0 win at Chelsea and Wednesday's 6-0 victory over ASFAR.
The latter saw us progress through to Sunday's final of the FIFA Women's Champions Cup.

Mariona Caldentey was among the goalscorers in both games and netted from the penalty spot in Brentford Stadium. Speaking after the match, she said: "I think it was a good night for us. A lot of minutes for the front players, goals; that’s always a good feeling and I think we went from the start to try and kill the game. We scored early and that helped us to have a good game."
Asked how we handled the uncertainty of coming up against a team we'd never faced before, Mariona continued: "That’s hard, right? Because you don’t really know a lot of them or how they are as a team.
"You try to analyse but it’s not the same when you watch on the TV than when you actually feel it on the pitch, but I think we were just ready mentally and trying to focus on our game so that was what worked for us.
"I feel like now we are building back momentum. We struggled a bit in the beginning of the year, so it feels nice now that we change it so we’ll try hard to keep it like that and go on Sunday again."
Corinthians will be our opponent in the final following their 1-0 win over Gotham FC earlier on Wednesday, and Mariona knows we mustn't underestimate them ahead of Sunday's showdown at Arsenal Stadium.
"We were for a bit watching the game and you know what to expect with Brazilian teams, they are so uncomfortable to play against and then with the ball you know that they are so talented, so it’s a final, it’s one game. We want to win it, they want to win it, so it won’t be easy."
