Tuesday night was encircled in the calendar of all Cavaliers fans as this marked the homecoming of LeBron James. But as much as narrative revolves around the four-time MVP, Jaylon Tyson made it clear that the franchise belongs now to Donovan Mitchell.

In the aftermath of the Cavaliers' 129-99 victory over the LA Lakers, Mitchell was asked in his ESPN postgame walk-off interview regarding the significance of LeBron's presence and impact to Cleveland.
Apparently, Tyson interrupted the question and brushed it off, noting that the Cavaliers are now with Mitchell.
"This is Donovan Mitchell's city now," he said. "When he comes back here, we're going to make sure everybody root for him like they did for [James].
"This is his stuff. This is his city."
