Fans snap at Bucks’ ‘snacks’ post amid latest Antetokounmpo development

It was a harmless post meant for social media consumption, but fans felt Milwaukee was trying to deflect attention from what truly matters at the moment — Antetokounmpo’s future.

“Read the room maybe,” said a fan on X.

Another one said: “Chaos on the Bucks – Giannis front and they tweeting out airline snacks 😭”

From a commenter: “The franchise is on life support rn and this is what we’re posting ???”

“Admin lock in Bucks fans fighting for their lives rn,” a social media user posted.

Via a different commenter: “Scheduled tweets are bad on days like this lmao.”

Said another: “Stop tweeting until doc rivers is off my team”

At the same time, even though Antetokounmpo is undeniably the most important figure in Milwaukee, he can’t be the subject of everything about the Bucks.

And for what it’s worth, Antetokounmpo revealed in the video that his favorite snacks during flights are peanuts and crackers, so there’s that.

For now, the basketball world awaits what happens with Antetokounmpo before the February NBA trade deadline lapses.
