After stumbling against Manchester United on Sunday in the Premier League, Arsenal got back to winning ways on Wednesday night.
Sure, it was against the Kazakhstani side Kairat Almaty, who sit at the bottom of the Champions League, but it was a professional performance from the Gunners.
Moreover, there were standout displays from players like Kai Havertz, Ben White, Christian Norgaard, Gabreil Martinelli, and even Viktor Gyokeres, who scored and assisted.
MADUEKE
However, while the Swedish international was still frustrating at points, Noni Madueke was even more so, and now it looks like Arsenal could be in for an exciting winger who could provide the Englishman with some more unwanted competition.
Arsenal target Madueke rival
It's been a pretty quiet transfer window for Arsenal so far this month, which is unsurprising given their massive outlay in the summer, but even so, they have been linked with some exciting players.
Atlético Madrid's Julian Alvarez, for example, continues to be touted for a summer move to the Emirates, as has Newcastle United's Anthony Gordon.
However, the club are also supposedly interested in another attacking gem fans might be less aware of, someone who could be bad news for Madueke's game time.
Noni Madueke for Arsenal
At least that is according to a recent report from Sports Boom, which claims that Arsenal are very interested in Bazoumana Touré.
Alongside the Gunners, the report has revealed that Manchester United and Bayern Munich are particularly interested in the TSG Hoffenheim star.
On top of dealing with the competition, the North Londoners would have to stump up serious cash to sign the winger, as the German side value their star at up to €55m, which is about £48m.
It could therefore be a costly and complicated transfer to get over the line, but given Touré's immense ability and potential, Arsenal should fight for him, even if his arrival could be bad news for Madueke.
Why Touré could be bad news for Madueke
So the first thing to say about Touré is that he's a versatile attacker who can play on both flanks.

However, with Leandro Trossard, Martinelli and Eberechi Eze vying for game time on the left-hand side, it's much easier to envision a world in which he competes with Madueke to be Bukayo Saka's back-up on the right.
The first and most important reason for this is that he simply appears to be a more effective attacker at this point in time.
For example, in his 17 appearances this season, totalling 1317 minutes, the 19-year-old gem has scored two goals and provided five assists.
That comes out to an impressive average of a goal involvement every 2.42 games, or every 188.14 minutes.

For his efforts this year, the former Chelsea man has scored three goals and provided two assists in 20 appearances, totalling 1041 minutes.
That comes out to a decent, but still less impressive, average of a goal involvement every four games, or every 208.2 minutes.
Moreover, while some might point out the chaos the Englishman can cause as a reason why he'd still be picked, the teenage phenom can do the exact same thing.
A great example of this would be when he ran the length of the pitch to score a brilliant solo goal at the Africa Cup of Nations this year.
Moreover, respected journalist Bence Bocsak dubbed him "one of the most exciting young wingers in European football" and then described him as being like a "young Sadio Mané."
In other words, he passes the eye test with flying colours and is starting to show he can put up good numbers as well.
Bazoumana Touré
Ultimately, while it could be a difficult deal to get done, Arsenal should do all they can to sign Touré, even if it's bad news for Madueke.
