Less than a week after Giannis Antetokounmpo was named a starter among the Eastern Conference’s all-stars, the Milwaukee Bucks forward suffered his second significant calf injury of the season. The two-time NBA MVP didn’t even wait for an MRI exam to declare late last week that he would be sidelined through the league’s midseason showcase next month.
