Abbey Clancy has taken to Instagram to share a heartfelt message celebrating her husband Peter Crouch's birthday. The Woolton-born model is married to the former Liverpool FC striker and they share daughters Sophia Ruby and Liberty Rose, and sons Johnny and Jack.
The 40-year-old has racked up over 900,000 followers on Instagram and her followers are interested in what she gets up to, whether its her busy family life, clothing shoots with brands or her hilarious chats with her husband on their podcast, The Therapy Crouch.
In a recent post, Abbey shared a carousel of snaps as she wished her husband a "Happy Birthday". Peter Crouch turns 45 today and Abbey said: "Happy birthday to my world @crouchy we all adore you more than anything."
Abbey shared several gorgeous snaps of the couple, from playful photos with a glass of wine in hand to holiday selfies in the sunshine.
Fans took to the comments to send their love and best wishes. One said: "Happy birthday @crouchy. Enjoy your day, love your podcasts. Keeping it real and so funny xx."

Abbey has previously recalled her first encounter with Peter in Liverpool back in 2005. During a chat on Good Morning Britain, Abbey explained the cheeky start to their romance.
She said: "When we first met, he begged me for my number and then I went to the loo or the bar, and when I came back, he was talking to another girl. I was like, 'How dare you?'".
Peter apparently tried to smooth things over, insisting he was "just talking" but Abbey wasn't having any of it, promptly asking for her number back to which he said: "You can't give someone your number and then take it back."

Despite the initial bump in the road, their relationship blossomed and Peter popped the question in 2009. The couple tied the knot in June 2011 in a lavish ceremony with family, friends and fellow famous faces.
According to OK!, the family live in a "magical" Surrey mansion complete with its own cinema room and a huge garden. The couple are said to have moved into the luxurious property in 2016.
Peter and Abbey launched their own podcast two years ago and have seen remarkable success from the relatable show. They respond to viewer's dilemmas, as well as including a "Weekly Whine" segment, where they can each talk about what has frustrated them over the last week.
The couple also share insights into their relationship and are known for their hilarious stories about home life as they retell their experiences on the podcast.
