Liam Rosenior is starting to win over some of the doubters who were skeptical about him becoming the new Chelsea boss.
That’s now five wins from six from Liam Rosenior‘s Chelsea, and they’ve not even played anywhere near as good as we know they can, which can only be a good sign.
However, Chelsea face two difficult fixtures against two London rivals, with an in-form West Ham side coming to Stamford Bridge and the return leg against Arsenal in the Carabao Cup.
The Blues are yet to put on a dominant display for their home fans at Stamford Bridge, but this weekend may just be the perfect opportunity.
Especially as Cole Palmer is getting back into form.
But most eyes will be on how Rosenior sets his Chelsea side up this time round, after starting with only one centre-back in Wesley Fofana against Napoli.

Yaya Toure pays big compliments to Liam Rosenior’s start at Chelsea
Chelsea are on the lookout for a central midfielder of their own, and Yaya Toure wouldn’t have been a bad option during his time.
Yaya Toure actually played against Liam Rosenior twice during his playing days at Manchester City, and won on both occasions.
Now, he’s paying his respects to the new Chelsea boss after his impressive start, via his X account.
“I am very happy with him, very happy for his nomination to be the head coach of Chelsea. And I’m not surprised by his success; he’s such a good speaker, right?
“As a player, for example, I put myself as a player. You’re gonna love to listen, and try to listen right, because he’s such a good speaker, he knows how to speak to people.
“But Liam, what a person, right, what a person. And I think, and I believe he’s gonna be a great, great coach.”

Liam Rosenior’s next steps at Chelsea
One of the biggest issues that has become evident in Liam Rosenior’s Chelsea side is their defensive structure at times, as they have gotten away with things on several occasions.
They lack a leader at the back. Someone of the ilk of Thiago Silva, who can really grab things by the scruff of the neck and lead by example.
Jeremy Jacquet is a promising defender if he joins, but he still doesn’t fix the experience issue as Chelsea continue to build a young squad.
