Everton have now been handed a clear answer on whether Chelsea will be open to selling Tyrique George.
After a quiet four weeks in the winter market, Everton may be set for a busy few days following the injury blow to Jack Grealish.
David Moyes now has Grealish’s two goals and six assists to replace, with the likes of Tyler Dibling failing to impress on Merseyside.
In recent hours, it has been suggested that Everton are looking to sign George from Chelsea on the back of their summer interest.
If Tyler Dibling cost £40m, how much would Everton have to pay for George? 😳

Speaking to the media on Friday, Rosenior has admitted a late exit for George will not be ruled in west London.
“Tyrique, unfortunately for him, hasn’t had many minutes. So, it’s a different individual situation for him,” replied Rosenior when asked if certain youngsters could depart.
The Chelsea boss was adamant a number of players would not leave Stamford Bridge before Monday, but he certainly left the door open for George to depart.
George has been open to leaving Chelsea for a number of months now.
Going off Rosenior’s comments and George’s reported stance on his future, a move to Everton could well be a real possibility in these remaining days of the window.
Tyrique George can also play as a striker
Given the issues Everton have struggled with for large parts of the season, George could also ease some of the pressure on the strikers.
Beto could still leave Everton amid interest from across Europe.
However, the Chelsea youngster could offer Moyes another option up front, as former Everton defender Lee Carsley has admitted.
“He’s got the profile and attributes to develop into a traditional number nine. A lot of that development I would imagine will go on at Chelsea,” said the England U21 boss.
“He’s fast. He scores goals. He’s creative. He’s got good technique.”
With the clock ticking, this certainly seems like one to keep an eye on for Everton fans.
