Jeremy Doku misses the trip to Spurs after sustaining an injury during the 2-0 victory against Galatasaray.
The Belgian was in fine form before being forced off during the first half of the Champions League tie.
“I have to say first of all to Jeremy, I have to make a big compliment how he played,” Assistant Manager Pep Ljinders said at Friday's press conference.
“Because a top team is defined by individual quality of our front players and how he was between the lines to attack and first assist to Erling was unbelievable.
“Sorry he went out and its similar to last injury. Only that time it was lateral, this one is on the centre. it was 18 days. I think this time it will be a little bit shorter as he’s a robust player.”
City won their last game at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium 1-0, with Erling Haaland netting for the Blues. Overall City have won 69 of the 175 games played against the Lilywhites, with 37 draw and 69 defeats.
Predicted line-up: Donnarumma, Nunes, Khusanov, Guehi, O'Reilly, Rodri, Gonzalez, Reijnders, Cherki, Semenyo, Haaland
Score prediction: Spus 2 City 2
