Chelsea captain Reece James has opened up on the future of Cole Palmer, and claimed that the shock Manchester United target is fully committed to the club.
Signed from Man City just a few seasons ago, Palmer has developed into one of the most creative players that CHELSEA have in the squad, and a man that has already shipped over 80 goals for the Blues in his first few seasons with the club.
However – this season he has really struggled with injuries and getting back to his very best, and despite being one of the clubs best players, there has been alot of transfer speculation in the media that he is not happy in London and would like to make that return back to Manchester.
Captain James, who has also been linked with a move away from the club, has opened up and told Blues fans that Palmer is s fully committed to the club, which will be music to alot of worried Blues fans – Speaking in the mixed zone after the Blues’ win over Napoli, James said: “He’s been in a difficult period. He’s had a few setbacks, it’s been slow for him this season, but we’re super happy to have him.
“He showed what he can do today in the 45 minutes that he played. Everyone needs to be patient with him. He’s an amazing player, he’s still super young. He’s going to improve with time.
“Of course he’s committed to CHELSEA. He’s a Chelsea player and many players have speculation in transfer windows, it’s normal, but he’s conducted himself really well and we’re happy with him.”

there will always be rumours on the future of Cole, he is one of the best players in the Premier League and a man that bangs in the goals on a regular basis. But the board dont need to sell, he is happy, so rumours can circulate, we are sure nothing will come of it and he will not leave.
