In-form Chelsea seek fifth consecutive home victory against the Hammers

Chelsea hope to continue their fine form under Liam Rosenior as they welcome West Ham United to Stamford Bridge for Saturday’s Premier League London derby.

Chelsea claimed a 3-2 comeback victory over Napoli in the Champions League on Wednesday and secured their spot in the last 16 of the competition.

The Blues were also victorious in their last Premier League outing, as they defeated another London rival, Crystal Palace, 3-1 last weekend.

The Hammers continued their fine form themselves as they secured a 3-1 victory over Sunderland last time out in the Premier League.
