Do West Ham need to make any changes against Chelsea?

**West Ham United have managed two Premier League wins in a row with the same starting XI, but do we need to make any changes this weekend?**

The Hammers travel to Stamford Bridge to face Liam Rosenior’s Chelsea, in what, like every game for the rest of the season is a must win for the Hammers.

After wins against Spurs and Sunderland in our last two, it would make sense for Nuno to keep the same team from both of those matches, and I think he will.

The only players with any question marks would be Ollie Scarles and Pablo Felipe. Not because of Scarles’ performances, but that Malick Diouf will be back and ready to start after winning AFCON.

However. I believe it’s Scarles’ short to lose, he’s not done anything wrong in the last two games to warrant being dropped. So, I’d stick with the Englishman.

As for Pablo, he hasn’t been great in any of the games since arriving. But what he is is quite effective, he works hard, he wins duels and is often involved in goals, not directly, but has an important part in the build up, mostly with his movement.

He is probably the most droppable player in the team right now, but again, I don’t think I would, and I don’t think Nuno will do.

Callum Wilson would be the expected replacement, however, he definitely doesn’t have the energy and the legs to play that role.

So, dropping Pablo would mean a change in formation, we don’t have a number 10 to start after Paqueta left, so we would be adding Pottsor Magassa into the team, making us more defensive,

This wouldn’t be the worst option against this Chelsea team who are very strong in midfielder with multiple £100m+ midfielders in their ranks.

However, I feel like this formation is working so well, these players are working so well in it that we would be sill to change it, no matter the opposition.
