The kids are alright: Four talented teenagers shining in the 2025-26 Premier League

The 2025-26 Premier League season has seen several young players take their chance in the senior set-up.

Here are four talented teenagers who have impressed this season.

Estevao Willian - Chelsea

Chelsea knew Estevao Willian was special when the club invested an initial £29.4m in the teenager in 2024. Even the Blues, however, did not perhaps expect his immediate impact.

Estevao has underlined his status as one of world football's finest prospects, scoring six times in all competitions and producing a series of electric displays.

Already a regular for Brazil, with five goals in 11 caps, his ceiling is sky-high.

Eli Kroupi Junior - Bournemouth

Bournemouth's recruitment team don't miss at the moment. The Cherries have signed, nurtured and sold some top talent in recent windows, with Dean Huijsen, Illia Zabaryni, Dango Ouattara, Milos Kerkez and Antoine Semenyo all sold on for big profit of late.

Eli Kroupi Junior could be the latest to generate a money-spinning return if his development continues.

Ligue 2's leading scorer last season, Bournemouth snapped up the striker for around £10m and have been rewarded. The 19-year-old has scored seven goals in just nine Premier League starts, the sort of form that draws admirers.

Lewis Miley - Newcastle United

An elder statesman on this list, Lewis Miley had already chalked up 32 top-flight appearances before this season. However, Miley has gone from strength to strength this season after injuries somewhat slowed his momentum last term.

Finding minutes in midfield for Newcastle is tough given the presence of Bruno Guimaraes, Sandro Tonali and Joelinton, but Miley has managed to feature regularly and deputised defensively when required. Whether at right-back or in midfield, Miley's mature performances have caught the eye in 2025-26.

A brilliant display against Crystal Palace earlier this month saw the academy product fail to misplace a pass. He's an outside chance for a maiden England call-up in the spring.

Mateus Mane - Wolves

There's not been much to like about Wolves this season. Bottom of the table after the worst-ever start to a Premier League season, relegation looks almost certain for a team now 17 points from safety.

One player who might not stick around in the second tier is Matues Mane, as clubs form a queue to track the teenager's development.

Thrust into the side in recent weeks, he's been a shining light as Wolves have improved under Rob Edwards, scoring twice in six league starts.

A real live wire, there will be a clamour to sign the 18-year-old if, as expected, Wolves go down.
