Five minutes after the restart, Pascal Struijk could’ve pulled one back for the host, but his header from Anton Stach’s corner was comfortably gathered by David Raya.
At the other end, Jurriën Timber squandered a glorious opportunity to increase the deficit after he met Madueke’s corner, but he sent his effort over the bar.
Moments later, Gyokeres got Arsenal’s third goal after Gabriel Martinelli drilled in a low cross into the area and the Swede tapped home a simple finish.
In the 86th minute, Gabriel Jesus completed the scoring for the Gunners after he picked out the bottom corner from a sharp turn in the area.
