Arsenal re-established their seven-point lead at the top of the Premier League table by cruising to a 4-0 win against Leeds. Goals from Martin Zubimendi, Viktor Gyokeres and Gabriel Jesus - plus an own goal from Karl Darlow - gave the Gunners a thoroughly deserved three points.
Bukayo Saka sustained an injury during the warm-up and was replaced in the starting XI by Noni Madueke. It was Maduke who created the opening goal, delivering a cross at the second attempt for Zubimendi to head beyond Darlow.
The winger also played a crucial role in the second goal, as Darlow punched Madueke's driven corner punched into his own net. It meant that 'own goal' joined Gyokeres and Leandro Trossard as Arsenal's joint-top scorers in the league.
That remained the case until the Gyokeres netted his sixth league goal of the campaign, connecting with a cross from Gabriel Martinelli. Jesus entered the match from the bench and could've scored three but managed one.
