Dillon Brooks receives support from teammate for All-Star push after recent performances

After 49 games, the Phoenix Suns are an impressive 30-19 and a top-six seed, despite many expecting a bad season following the departures of all-stars Kevin Durant and Bradley Beal.

Along with Devin Booker, Dillon Brooks has been the main reason the Suns are ahead of schedule in their slight rebuild, as the forward is having by far the best season of his career, averaging 21 points while remaining disruptive on the defensive end.

Over the last four games, Brooks has averaged over 25 points, including a career-high 40 against the Detroit Pistons this past week, and fans are beginning to take notice.

With the big impact that Brooks has had on the team, and the all-star break around the corner, the campaign for the defensive standout to make his first all-star game has gained traction.

Brooks' teammate, Mark Williams, answered whether he believes Brooks deserves to be an all-star this season.

On an 'X' post from the 'Real app' account about the details of Brooks recent performances with the caption asking the question "Is Dillon Brooks an All-Star?" and Williams reposted the post with a single one-word answer, "Yes."

Brooks won't have to wait long to find out if he will make the All-Star Game, as the reserves will be announced on Sunday, and whether the forward receives the selection or not, there is no taking away what he has done and will continue to do for the Suns as the regular season winds down and hope to make a long playoff run where he can really prove himself on the big stage.
