The Cavaliers traded De'Andre Hunter to the Kings for Dennis Schroder and Keon Ellis in a three-team deal that also sent Dario Saric and two second-round picks to the Bulls. Schroder joins his 11th team and has now been traded 8 times.
The Cleveland Cavaliers are sending De'Andre Hunter to the Sacramento Kings in exchange for Dennis Schroder and Keon Ellis, according to ESPN's Shams Charania.

The move is part of a three-team trade that also involves the Chicago Bulls. Chicago will acquire Kings forward Dario Saric along with two future second-round picks, per the same report.
The deal allows Cleveland to move below the second apron for next season.
Sacramento adds a proven 3-and-D wing in Hunter, who is under contract through next year.
The 28-year-old is averaging 14.0 points and 4.2 rebounds this season, and gives the Kings added roster flexibility, including the ability to convert two-way center Dylan Cardwell to a standard NBA contract.

Saric, who is on an expiring $5.4 million deal, will be absorbed by the Bulls as they pick up future assets to facilitate the trade. To create roster space, Chicago is also waiving guard Jevon Carter, per Charania.
As part of the draft compensation, Cleveland will send Chicago a 2027 second-round pick it owns from the Denver Nuggets, according to ESPN's Bobby Marks. Sacramento will also send the Bulls a 2029 second-rounder—the least favorable of picks from the Pistons, Bucks, and Knicks.
Schroder, averaging 12.8 points and 5.3 rebounds in his first season with Sacramento, heads to Cleveland after signing a three-year deal with the Kings last summer.
The 13-year NBA veteran is now joining his 11th team and has been traded eight times, tying him for the second-most trades in league history. Trevor Ariza holds the record with 11.
Schroder is owed $14.1 million, $14.8 million, and $15.5 million over the final three years of his contract, with the last season partially guaranteed.
Sacramento, meanwhile, takes on the remaining $23.3 million and $24.9 million owed to Hunter over the final two years of his deal.
