“What a result” – John Terry makes major Chelsea claim after West Ham comeback

John Terry has claimed Chelsea are back after the Blues completed a stunning comeback from 2-0 down against West Ham on Saturday evening.

Chelsea made it three league wins in a row and five in all competitions as they stormed back from 2-0 down to run out 3-2 winners.

Joao Pedro continued his fine form as he halved the deficit, before Marc Cucurella scored the equaliser, and Enzo Fernandez fired home the winner in stoppage time.

Having played Napoli in midweek Rosenior rotated the side and made seven changes, which didn’t work as Chelsea turned in a dreadful first half performance.

The fans booed the team off, and Rosenior admitted he would have done the same, but the second half was a different story.

Rosenior made a triple sub with Pedro, Marc Cucurella and Wesley Fofana all coming on, and all three either scored or assisted.

The win means Rosenior has now won six of his first seven games in charge, and Terry made a major claim after the game.

“What a result for Chelsea, what a result,” he said on TikTok

“We are back, we are back. Chelsea are back. What a result and how good are late goals, especially when you come from behind.

“Chelsea are back, West Ham are gone. The most important thing is Chelsea are back. Great result boys, well done.”
