Dundee U17 goalkeeper Warren Lyall is currently on trial at Arsenal.
Arsenal are assessing the 16-year-old, who is a Scotland U17 international.
The Gunners currently have Jack Talbot and Remi Lupinski as goalkeeping options amongst their first year scholars.
However, they decided to release U16 goalkeepers Johanan Lo-Tutala and Jack Tomlin.
Lyall has already played for Dundee’s reserve side in the Challenge Cup.
