Arsenal have had an offer of £1 million rejected for Blackburn Rovers forward Igor Tyjon, as reported by Rovers Xtra.
The Gunners have a long-standing interest in the forward, who is set to be available for around £200,000 when his Blackburn contract expires in the summer.
Blackburn want around £2 million if they are to sell the 17-year-old before tomorrow night’s transfer deadline.
An England U18 international, Tyjon has made three senior appearances for Blackburn and has often impressed at youth level.
Arsenal are eager to bring in another forward at academy level, with Tyjon their preferred target.
