The Atlanta Hawks agreed to a trade with the Portland Trail Blazers, sending Vit Krejci in exchange for Duop Reath and two future second-round picks.
The Atlanta Hawks completed their second trade ahead of the February 5 trade deadline.
According to Shams Charania from ESPN, the Hawks are trading guard Vit Krejci to the Portland Trail Blazers for Duop Reath and two future second-round picks.
Hawks will also receive two future second-round picks in exchange.
Vit Krejci played with the Atlanta Hawks for the previous four years, this season Czech guard played 46 games, averaging 9 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.5 assists on 22 minutes per game.
