Mikal Bridges and Karl-Anthony Towns' trade value dropped since joining the New York Knicks, per the report of The Athletic's James L. Edwards.
It's no secret around NBA circles that the New York Knicks are interested in bringing in Giannis Antetokounmpo.

A Package to send the Greek superstar to New York will be immensely tough to form.
James L. Edwards of The Athletic reveals what the Milwaukee Bucks are looking for and how that is causing problems for the Knicks.
"Per league sources, the Knicks will be one of several teams that have and will continue to inquire heavily about Antetokounmpo. The Bucks are looking for a premier young player(s) and multiple, good draft picks in exchange for one of the three best players in the NBA," Edwards started.
"The Knicks have neither of those, and to get close to what the Bucks are asking for, New York would need to trade two or three players in its starting lineup, most likely OG Anunoby, Bridges, and/or Towns."
Another problem, as Edwards suggests, lies with Mikal Bridges and Karl-Anthony Towns: their trade value has plummeted since they joined New York.
"The latter two, per multiple league sources, aren't believed to have the same value today as when the Knicks traded for them, so that could be a hurdle in itself," Edwards concluded.
Bridges is considered a consistent player, as he rarely misses games due to injuries. This season, he played 49 games, averaging 15.8 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 4.2 assists.
Towns, on the other hand, played 46 games, averaging 20 points and 11.8 rebounds.
