According to Jason Anderson of the Sacramento Bee, the newly acquired forward won't appear on Sunday for the Kings against the Washington Wizards.
Hunter's Kings debut could happen on Wednesday as Sacramento will welcome the Memphis Grizzlies at Golden 1 Center.
The Kings have acquired Hunter in a three-team deal involving the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Chicago Bulls. The veteran arrived after spending two partial seasons as a Cavalier.
Before being dealt to Sacramento, Hunter is averaging 14.0 points, 4.2 boards and 2.1 assists in 43 games for Cleveland. He is shooting 42.3 percent from the field (30.8 percent from three).
