DENVER (KKTV) - Denver Nuggets Guard Jamal Murray has been selected as a reserve for the 2026 All-Star game, marking his first All-Star appearance.
The Nuggets and the NBA made the announcement on Sunday. The game is set to take place in Inglewood, California on Sunday, February 15.
Murray is the 15th Nuggets player selected for an All-Star game and will be joining Nikola Jokić. The two will be the first pair of Nuggets teammates selected to the game since Carmelo Anthony and Chauncey Billups in 2010.
Murray was named the Western Conference Player of the Week on December 8, winning the award for the first time in his career. He’s one of five players in the NBA to average 25.0+ points, 7.0+ assists and 4.0+ rebounds per game, according to the Nuggets.
He has appeared in 580 career games (506 starts) over nine seasons with Denver.
