NBA All-Star rosters 2026: Full list of reserves from Eastern and Western Conference

The festivities of the 2026 NBA All-Star Weekend are right around the corner.

This year's NBA All-Star Game will feature a new format. In an effort to rejuvenate the weekend, Adam Silver has selected a U.S. versus World tournament for the 2026 NBA All-Star Game.

NBC/Peacock will broadcast the league’s annual midseason exhibition on Sunday, Feb. 15, at 5 p.m. ET/2 p.m. PT from the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California, home of the LA Clippers.

In the 2026 NBA All-Star Game, three teams -- two representing the United States and one international team (the World team) -- will compete in a round-robin format consisting of four 12-minute games. Each team will comprise at least eight players.

With the starters now confirmed, here is the complete list of reserves for this year's game, along with additional details regarding the selection process.

NBA All-Star reserves voting results

The reserves for the 2026 NBA All-Star were revealed on Sunday, Feb. 1, 2026, at 6 p.m. ET.

How are All-Star reserves selected?

As in the past, 24 NBA All-Stars are chosen, with 12 from each conference.

The five starters from each conference are voted on by fans (50%), NBA players (25%), and a media panel (25%). The seven reserves are selected by NBA head coaches. This year, All-Star selections will not consider player positions. The method for dividing players into the two U.S. teams will be announced later.

Should the NBA All-Star voting not result in the selection of sixteen U.S. players and eight international players (including American players with connections to other countries if deemed necessary), then NBA Commissioner Adam Silver shall designate additional All-Star participants to fulfill the requisite minimum.

What is the new NBA All-Star Game format in 2026?

As mentioned, this year's NBA All-Star Game will feature a new U.S. versus World format to energize the weekend.

The selected All-Stars will take part in a round-robin tournament consisting of four 12-minute games. Here are the rules according to the NBA.

In the round-robin tournament, Team A will play Team B in Game 1. The winning team from Game 1 will face Team C in Game 2, followed by the losing team from Game 1 meeting Team C in Game 3.

After Game 3, the top two teams by record will face off in the championship game (Game 4). If all three teams have a 1-1 record after Game 3, the tiebreaker would be point differential in each team’s two round-robin games.
