Gillette Partners With NBA To Bring New Razors & Playoffs Tickets To Australia

The National Basketball Association (NBA) has teamed up with Gillette for a new brand partnership in Australia.

The local partnership will see the release of bespoke NBA branded Gillette grooming packs, alongside a retail promotion offering fans the chance to win tickets to the NBA playoffs in the US.

“We’re thrilled to partner with Gillette, a global leader in consumer brands, to bring the excitement of the NBA closer to fans in Australia,” said Rajah Chaudhry, NBA Asia head of strategy. “This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to excellence, and together we’ll offer unique experiences that connect the passion of basketball with the everyday lives of our fans.”

The NBA continues to builds its local presence in Australia, where it has a sizeable and loyal following.

Last October, the New Orleans Pelicans played two preseason games against NBL teams in Melbourne, marking the first games ever held in Australia with an NBA team.

Australia is also the third most-represented country for NBA players outside the US with a 13 Aussies on opening-night rosters for the 2025–26 NBA season.
