Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka was forced to pull out of the starting lineup for the 4-0 win over Leeds at the weekend.
Noni Madueke took the 24-year-old’s place in the side, and asked about the nature of Saka’s injury following the victory at Elland Road, manager Mikel Arteta said:
“It’s not a big thing. He felt a niggle in the warm-up, and we took him out straightaway.”
The Gunners play the second leg of their Carabao Cup semi-final on Tuesday night, and it remains to be seen whether Saka will be in contention for the match.
