According to Shams Charania of ESPN, the Bucks have submitted counteroffers to the most aggressive proposals, mentioning four teams that remain in the mix for trading Giannis.
"Over the weekend, the Bucks remained engaged with teams that have interest, given aggressive proposals. My understanding is they've submitted counteroffers to those aggressive proposals as well," Charania reports.
"The Heat, Timberwolves, Golden State Warriors, and the New York Knicks have been the most serious suitors in the mix for Giannis, but it all comes down to the price point—a young player and/or a surplus of draft picks."
Giannis has spent his entire 13-year career with the Bucks and had been averaging 28.0 points, 10.0 rebounds, and 5.6 assists per game this season prior to the injury.
