It was another forgettable night on Sunday for Bobby Portis and theMilwaukee Bucks.
Playingwithout Giannis Antetokounmpo, who continues to deal with a calf strain injury, the Bucks were absolutely wrecked by Jaylen Brown and the Boston Celtics at TD Garden.
When it was all said and done on the court, Milwaukee absorbed a brutal 107-79 loss, as the Bucks did not look like they belonged in the same league as the Celtics for most of the contest.
The first quarter concluded with the score tied at 26-26, but Boston broke away in the second period, where the Celtics outscored their visitors, 30-16.
The wheels continued to fall off for Milwaukee, which clearly (and severely) missed the presence of the two-time NBA Most Valuable Player Antetokounmpo.
Fans react to Portis-Brown engagement during Bucks’ loss to the Celtics
During one moment in the contest, Portis tried to guard Brown, with Portis making a nice stop on the Celtics star forward.
A video of that play was shared by ESPN on social media, and it garnered a lot of likes and comments from fans online.
