This is a major revelation, as Thursday's trade deadline is slowly approaching.
Harden has helped the Clippers' dramatic season turnaround after a brutal 6-21 start. He is averaging 25.4 points, 8.1 assists and 4.8 rebounds this season with nearly 42 percent shooting.
He has been relatively healthy with 44 appearances, but missed the Clippers' last two matches due to personal reasons. Perhaps his absence is a sign that a major deal is about to happen.
Meanwhile, Garland has fought injuries all season long. He missed the first seven games of 2025-26 due to his offseason toe surgery recovery and has been sidelined since Jan. 16 with an ankle sprain.
