Man City assistant coach Pep Lijnders has revealed that centre-back Ruben Dias will be back in training on Monday.
The Portuguese international has been sidelined for almost a month with a hamstring injury. He was forced off during the 1-1 draw against Chelsea at the start of January, but he is closing in on his comeback.
Expected Return Date – Sunday 8th February vs Liverpool (a)
Jeremy Doku
The winger sustained a calf injury during the 2-0 win over Galatasaray on Wednesday evening.
Doku had set up both goals before leaving the field in the first half, and there were concerns that he could be out for a while.
However, Lijnders claims that the forward is likely to be back in contention within three weeks.
