Giannis Antetokounmpo is reportedly more likely to remain with the Milwaukee Bucks past the trade deadline.
The most likely scenario for Giannis Antetokounmpo ahead of the February 5 trade deadline has been revealed.
Milwaukee Bucks / Schedule
According to NBA insider Jake Fischer, Antetokounmpo is most likely to remain with the Milwaukee Bucks past the trade deadline.
"I have no indication that the Bucks are in any rush to sift through this very, very tricky dynamic," Fischer reported on Bleacher Report's Insider's Notebook show.
"I still think, as of now, it is more likely than not that Giannis remains a member of the Milwaukee Bucks beyond Thursday's trade deadline, and that the Jon Horst front office just starts to sift through all this intel and all of the negotiations and conversations they've had, with a better understanding of the situation heading into this summer," he added.
According to earlier reports, the Bucks were actively engaging in trade talks with the most aggressive suitors, having submitted counteroffers to the strongest proposals.
Currently, the Miami Heat, Golden State Warriors, and Minnesota Timberwolves are being mentioned as the most likely trade destinations for Giannis.

ESPN's Shams Charania earlier noted that the Bucks are not rushing their decision and will aim to get the most for their franchise superstar, with an asking price already revealed.
"Milwaukee has indicated to interested teams that the organization is not in a rush to complete a move and is willing to navigate Antetokounmpo's future in the offseason if its believed price point of a blue-chip young talent and/or a surplus of draft picks isn't met," Charania reported.
He added that waiting until the summer could increase the Bucks' chances of securing more draft picks in a potential deal.
"By waiting until the summer, the Bucks could also see which teams are able to offer more appealing draft picks in June,'" he added.
