Golden State Warriors have included Draymond Green in trade talks ahead of the deadline, putting his 14-year tenure with the team in question.
The Golden State Warriors may be preparing for a major shakeup as the NBA trade deadline approaches, with Draymond Green now involved in active trade talks, according to ESPN.
Warriors general manager Mike Dunleavy and owner Joe Lacob remain motivated to pursue big moves, including the long-shot possibility of acquiring Giannis Antetokounmpo.
To make salaries match for potential deals, Golden State would need to include either Green, who is healthy and contributes immediately, or injured wing Jimmy Butler III, who is sidelined and earning $56.8 million next season.

Despite the uncertainty, coach Steve Kerr and star guard Stephen Curry have repeatedly said they hope Green retires as a Warrior.
On the court, Green continues to provide value. In 41 games this season, he averages 8.4 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 5.3 assists, shooting 41.6 percent from the field and 32.1 percent from three. Golden State currently sits eighth in the Western Conference with a 27-23 record.
