INGLEWOOD, Calif. (WILX) - Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown and Phoenix Suns owner and former Michigan State basketball player Mat Ishbia will play in the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game at the Kia Forum on February 13, the NBA and ESPN announced on Tuesday.
St. Brown’s team will be coached by two-time NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo and his two brothers, along with LA Dodgers star Mookie Betts. His teammates include ESPN’s Shams Charania, Southfield-native comedian Keegan-Michael Key, and former NBA players Jeremy Lin and Tacko Fall, among others.
Actor Anthony Anderson and basketball coaches Lethal Shooter and Chris Brickley will coach Ishbia’s team. Ishbia’s teammates include NFL wide receiver Keenan Allen, former NBA player Jason “White Chocolate” Williams, and music producer Mustard, among others.
The Celebrity Game starts at 7 p.m. on Feb. 13.
